What support is there available ?

You can access our support channels online: support site for documentation, discussion forums and boards for peer support, and videos and tutorials to help you start.

Our team is live on chat and email during normal business hours (9AM - 6PM GMT) to give you real-time support.

What happens if I reach my form entries limit?

We will make sure if that happens you will be notified.

However, you are be able to define a threshold in your account which specifies the upper limit for how many additional form entries can be stored.

And this is not all... if you don't react in time to our notification, and even the threshold is reached, we will still store the incoming data for two weeks. You will be able to access it by paying for the additional form entries.

What methods of payment do you accept ?

You can pay online with Mastercard, Visa, American Express. You can also contact us to set up bank transfer payments based on invoices issued to you.

Do I have to sign a long term contract ?

We would be more than happy if you would.

ZyWay can be used without a contract. Just sign-up and pick a plan. While using it, you can upgrade or downgrade as you wish. Payments can be monthly. If you decide for yearly payments, you will receive a bonus to your plan (more form entries or more users).
